Call for papers
The conference will explore all aspects of work, both paid and unpaid, and a variety of workplaces, from factories to the home. Themes will include:
- Homework
- Impact of War
- Unpaid work e.g. housework; voluntary social action
- Campaigns for equal rights at the workplace
- Debates on women and work
- Organising at the workplace
You are invited to submit a proposal for a 20 minute paper (200 words max) by 27th March 2015. Please send proposals to june.hannam@uwe.ac.uk and Katherine.Holden@uwe.ac.uk
