I have logged in here successfully but, when trying to register for the conference, neither my password nor my email address have been accepted. I have tried a number of times. I cannot reset my password since my email address is not being accepted, although it has been here and it is the address to which all conference communications and other WHN emails have been addressed. Please advise.
Hi Ruth, I thought that I had the same problem. However, realised that although I am already on the WHN email address, I am not on the Leeds bookshop registration. I registered as a new customer and it worked. Robin
